Auction Frequently Asked Questions
What are the ticket prices?
A donation of $25 will provide one seat in the balcony. There are also seats in the mezzanine available for $100. Floor seats which include drinks and appetizers are available for $250. For $500, in addition to the food and drinks, purchasers will receive a premiere floor seat and will attend the Meet and Greet with Jay Leno.
What is the schedule for the evening?
Currently, the event is scheduled to begin at 5pm. The Meet and Greet with Jay will happen at 5:30pm and the auction will start promptly at 6pm. We anticipate the auction will end around 8pm.
Is valet available?
ACL Live at The Moody Theatre will have valet available. You can also valet at any of the surrounding valet stands including the W.
How do I register to bid on a cow?
Everyone that purchases a ticket for $100 or more will be automatically registered in the auction system. Upon arriving at the event, please check-in with at the Auction Check-In to receive your bidder packet.
How will I receive my tickets?
All ticket orders, both by phone and online, will be processed through the ACL ticketing office, Ticket Fly. They will send your seat assignments, ticket pick up information and the tax deduction information in the e-confirmation.
Where can I see the cows?
You can check the Cow Gallery and Cow Map at www.austincowparade.com for details about the cows.
If I purchase a cow, when can I pick it up?
At Auction Check-Out you will be given instructions for picking up your purchase. We will provide hours for pick-up and the warehouse location. We have also partnered with Austin Art Services if you would like to make arrangements to have the cow delivered to its permanent home. Austin Art Services will have a table next to Auction Check-Out where you can make the delivery payment and provide all delivery information.
Who is receiving the proceeds from the event?
The Superhero Kids Fund at Dell Children’s Medical Center of Central Texas will receive 100% of the net proceeds from the event including the auction of the cows.
How many cows will be sold?
Forty (40) cows will be in the live auction and a special announcement will be made during the auction regarding the remaining cows. All available cows will be sold the evening of the auction.
